About 4 years ago,i used to hear the media talkin and mentionin’ a name several times,in tv, magazines,internet..a name that was totally unkown to me.It was a name that has an importance influence in the fashion and the glamour world,a name that is considered the top of the feminine beauty.That name was Audrey Hepburn.But who is she?who’s that lady?

Audrey Hepburn,was born on 24th april 1929,Brussels,Belgium,her father was an Englishman Joseph Victor Anthony Ruston and her mother was a former baroness Ella van Heemstra.Audrey spent the most of her childhood between London and Amsterdam.She went to London to prsue dancing lessons, but she could not due to her height and weight (she was tall and extremely thin),that was a sad end for her dream of becoming a bailarina, so she decided to pursue acting,we can say that this was a new beginning to this mademoiselle,that will won over the whole world.Her acting career started with the educational film Dutch in Seven Lessons,her first role in a motion picture was in a British film One Wild Oat.

Minor roles: Young Wives’ Tales,Laughter in Paradise, The Levender Hill Mob and Monte Carlo Baby.

First american film: Roman Holiday (1953),she won The Oscar for Best Actress.

In the last years of her life,she spent most of her time with her family,and also working as a special ambassador to UNICEF, she went on a missions to many countries, Ethiopia,Sudan,Somalia,Ecuador...in january 1993,Audrey Hepburn in  dies Switzeland after suffering cancer-colon.
